What are the shipping times?
Since we have various providers in the U.S and Overseas, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days depending on the location and fulfillment center.
Where are you located?
We are based out of Ohio and as of now we do not have any physical stores. We also utilize several fulfillment centers located around the U.S and overseas.
What is your return policy?
All of our items are made to order and because of this we do not accept returns. However, we do process refunds and exchanges without you going through the hassle of returning your items. Please refer to our Policies for more information.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit companies, ApplePay, as well as Klarna, Affirm and Sezzle. We are also in the process of acquiring Afterpay.
