Returns

All of our items are made to order and because of this we do not accept returns. However, we do process refunds and exchanges without you going through the hassle of returning your items. Please see below.

Refunds

Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Any claims outside of this period will not be accepted. To process your claim, please email us at customerservice@shopangelfeathers.com. In the subject line please include your order number and claim type. For example: "Order: 60537 - REFUND". Be sure to include a statement and attach photos of any damages, misprints or quality issues. We cannot process your claim without it. 

Exchanges

We only exchange products that were received with incorrect sizing or errors. Exchange claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Any claims outside of this period will not be accepted. To process your claim, please email us at customerservice@shopangelfeathers.com. In the subject line please include your order number and claim type. For example: "Order: 60537 - EXCHANGE". Be sure to include photos of the incorrect size or misprint. Claims will not be accepted without it.
